DCR held a public meeting on the plan and has since opened the comment period, which closes Oct. 22. Residents who want to learn more can visit the event page to access a recording of the meeting, a slide deck, the draft report and a draft trail system map. The town noted the trail system map is a large file that may take time to load.
Members of the public can submit comments through DCR's online public comment portal, accessible from the public comment page. Anyone with questions or concerns was directed to email [email protected].
