Princeton sales roundup: two of nine August deeds disclose a price
Nine property transfers were recorded in Princeton between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two disclosed a sale price: $100,000 and $720,000, yielding a median of $410,000 based on those two figures. The month's top sale was 299 Sterling Rd at $720,000, sold by Robert L. and Kathleen K. Fraser to David K. and Jezanna Lynn Gruber. Boylston Avenue had two recorded transfers, and several other deeds reflected trust-to-trust transfers within the same families. With price data available for only two of nine deeds, the recorded activity does not support a broader read on market tone this period.
