Princeton records nine property transfers in past month, but sale prices largely undisclosed

Nine Princeton properties changed hands between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, per Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but only one sale disclosed a price: $627,600 for a property sold Aug. 18 by trustees Davis W. Witt and Susan C. Witt. The other eight transactions, spanning Old Brooks Station Road, Beaman Road, Paradise Place, Main Street, Ball Hill Road, Sterling Road, Mirick Road, and Worcester Road, listed no consideration amount. Two deeds name Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as seller, and two others involve the same Chase family sellers. With pricing data available for just one of nine sales, no meaningful range, median, or market-tone conclusion can be drawn this period.
