Princeton recorded seven property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with four carrying a sale price so far: a range of $75,000 to $554,639 and a median of $300,000. The month's top transaction was a $554,639 deed recorded Sept. 3 involving sellers Timothy J. Gates and Caroline M. Gates, as trustees. Three other transfers, on Worcester, Birchwood and Hubbardston roads, have no price on record yet, which is a normal data lag rather than a sign anyone withheld figures.
