Only three deeds had a sale price recorded, ranging from $100,000 to $701,783, with a median of $354,200 among those three. The month's most notable recorded transaction was a $701,783 sale on Aug. 17 from NAF Cash LLC to Neeraj Dalal and Elizabeth Anne Kopetti Dalal; the deed did not specify a street address. Worcester Road and Houghton Road each saw two transfers. With price data recorded on just three of 11 deeds, the available data does not support a broader read on market conditions.
