Only One of 12 Princeton Property Sales Discloses a Price in Late July

Twelve properties changed hands in Princeton between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds filings, but only one sale disclosed a price: $763,000, for an unaddressed Princeton parcel sold July 15 by Joshua and Kristi Stevens to Kevin and Alicia Monroe. The other 11 recorded deeds carry no disclosed consideration. Two sales each were recorded on Mirick Road and Hubbardston Road. Six of the 12 transfers involved a grantor and grantee sharing a surname, or the same individual acting as trustee and as an individual, consistent with trust or family-related transfers. Four deeds listed a bank or lending institution as seller. Limited price disclosure makes broader market-tone conclusions unsupported by this data.
