Ball Hill Road saw the most activity, with three transfers, followed by Hubbardston Road with two. Six of the 13 transfers were between parties sharing a surname or involving a trust, consistent with family-related transfers, and two more were mortgage assignments from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. The most distinct transaction was the July 8 transfer of 18 Boylston Ave from Princeton Town Planning to Berkshire Design Group. With no pricing data available, market tone cannot be assessed from this dataset.
