No Purchase Prices Disclosed in Any of Princeton's 13 July Deed Transfers
PRINCETON -- Thirteen property deeds were recorded in town between July 3 and Aug. 1, but none listed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported for the period. Ball Hill Road saw the most activity, with three transfers, followed by Hubbardston Road with two. Six of the 13 transfers were between parties sharing a surname or involving a trust, consistent with family-related transfers, and two more were mortgage assignments from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. The most distinct transaction was the July 8 transfer of 18 Boylston Ave from Princeton Town Planning to Berkshire Design Group. With no pricing data available, market tone cannot be assessed from this dataset.
